How to cancel
You can cancel online, any time of day, in a couple of clicks. You don't have to call or explain why.

Open the billing page
Use the button below. It opens a secure billing page run by Stripe, our payment company.

Enter the email you signed up with
Stripe emails you a private link so only you can open your account. No password needed.

Choose "Cancel subscription" and confirm
That's it. You'll get an email confirming the cancellation.

The online cancel button isn't switched on yet. Until it is, email schagerventures@gmail.com with the subject "Cancel my subscription" and we'll cancel it for you.
Other ways to cancel

- From a reminderEvery trial reminder and billing email we send includes a link to cancel.
- PhoneIf you'd rather talk to someone, call 847-370-7581. It's never required.
What happens to your billing
- If you cancel during the 14-day free trialYou're never charged. Review requests stop when you cancel.
- If you cancel after the trialYou won't be charged again. Your service keeps running until the end of the month you've already paid for, then stops.
- RefundsWe don't refund part of a month. If you believe you were charged by mistake, email us and we'll look into it.
- Your reviewsThey're on your own Google Business Profile and they stay there. They belong to your business, not to us.
- Your customer listAsk at any time and we'll delete the customer contact details you gave us.
- Coming backYou can sign up again whenever you like.
