Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Schagerventures LLC ("Schager Ventures", "we", "us"). They apply when you use this website or sign up for our services. We've written them in plain English. If something isn't clear, ask us before you sign up.

1. The service

Our review generation service sends your customers a request, by text message and email, to leave an honest review of your business on a public review site such as Google. We set the service up with you and send the requests in your business's name.

2. Free trial and automatic billing

• Free trial. Your first 14 days are free. You must enter a valid payment card to start the trial. The card is not charged during the trial.
• Automatic renewal. When the trial ends, your subscription begins and we charge $99 to the card on file. We then charge $99 every month on the same date until you cancel.
• Reminders. We send reminders to the email address you signed up with 3 days and 1 day before your first charge. Each reminder shows the date, the amount, and a link to cancel.
• Your consent. By ticking the agreement box at sign-up and entering your card, you authorize these charges.
• Taxes. If sales tax applies, it is added to the price and shown at checkout.
• Failed payments. If a charge fails, we'll email you and may try the card again. If payment isn't received, we may pause or end the service.
• Price changes. If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before then.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, online, without calling us. The steps are on the cancellation page. You can also cancel by emailing schagerventures@gmail.com.

• If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.
• If you cancel after the trial, you will not be charged again. Your service continues until the end of the monthly period you have already paid for.
• We do not refund part of a month. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll review it.

4. What we don't promise

We promise to send review requests to the customers you give us, as described on this site. We do not promise or guarantee:

• that any customer will leave a review,
• any number of reviews or any star rating,
• any position in search results or on maps, or
• any increase in calls, leads, or sales.

Reviews are written by your customers and published by the review site. We don't control what they say or whether the review site keeps them.

5. Honest review rules

To protect your business and your review profile, we run the service the same way for everyone:

• Every customer you give us receives the same request and the same direct link to your public review page.
• We don't screen customers by how satisfied they were, and we won't send unhappy customers somewhere else (often called "review gating").
• We don't offer, and you agree not to offer through our service, money, discounts, gifts, or anything else in exchange for a review.
• We don't write, buy, or post reviews.

You agree not to ask us to do any of these things, and to follow the policies of the review sites you use.

6. Your responsibilities

• Permission to contact your customers. You are responsible for having each customer's permission before you give us their phone number or email address for review requests. This includes any consent required by laws on text messages and email, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the CAN-SPAM Act. Only give us contacts for real customers of your business.
• Accurate information. Give us accurate business and customer details, and tell us if they change.
• Your review profile. You are responsible for your own Google Business Profile or other review listing.
• Lawful use. Don't use the service to send anything unlawful, misleading, or unrelated to asking for a review.

We may pause or end service to an account that breaks these rules.

7. Text messages from us to you

If you tick the optional text message box when you sign up, you agree to receive text messages from Schager Ventures about your account, such as setup steps, trial reminders, and billing notices.

• Message frequency varies. Expect up to 6 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at schagerventures@gmail.com or 847-370-7581.
• Agreeing to text messages is optional and is not required to buy anything.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Your customer information

The customer names, phone numbers, and email addresses you give us remain yours. We use them only to provide the service to you. We'll delete them when you ask.

9. Other services

Other services listed on this site are available on request. If you ask for one, we'll agree the scope and price with you in writing before any work starts or any charge is made.

10. Limits on our liability

We provide the service with reasonable care, but it is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make a change that affects your billing or your rights in an important way, we'll email you before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last updated.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
