Why honest reviews matter for a service business

It's what a homeowner reads before they call

When the furnace quits or a pipe lets go, people search, see a few local names, and read what the last customers said. Your reviews are doing the talking before you pick up the phone.

Recent reviews say more than old ones

A review from last month tells a homeowner how you work today. Asking after every job keeps your reviews current instead of leaving them years out of date.

Most customers are never asked

Plenty of people are glad to write a review. They just need the link in their hand while the job is still fresh, and you're already on the way to the next one.

How it works

  3. Every customer gets asked

After each job, your customer gets a text and email with the link. They write what they think.

Honest reviews only

Reviews are only worth something if people can trust them. So the rules are simple, and they're the same rules Google sets for every business.

What we do

  • Ask everyoneEvery customer gets the same request, whether the job went perfectly or not.
  • Send one direct linkThe link goes straight to your public review page. No detour through a private feedback form.
  • Respect opt-outsEvery message includes a way to stop, and we honor it right away.

What we won't do

  • Screen out unhappy customersSending only happy customers to Google is called review gating. Google doesn't allow it.
  • Offer anything for a reviewNo discounts, gift cards, or drawings in exchange for reviews.
  • Promise a resultWe can't guarantee a number of reviews, a star rating, or a search ranking. Nobody honestly can.

Straight answers

Do you guarantee more reviews or a higher rating?

No. We make sure every customer is asked, clearly and at the right time. Whether they leave a review, and what they say, is up to them. Anyone who guarantees a number of reviews, a star rating, or a search ranking is promising something they don't control.

Can you send requests only to my happy customers?

No. Every customer gets the same request and the same link. Picking and choosing who gets asked is called review gating. It's against Google's review policies, and reviews gathered that way can be removed.

What does it cost?

The first 14 days are free. After that it's $99 per month, charged automatically to the card on file until you cancel. There's no setup fee and no long-term contract.

How do I cancel?

Online, in a couple of clicks, without a phone call. If you cancel during the free trial you're never charged. The steps are on the cancellation page.

Do I need my customers' permission to text them?

Yes. Review requests go only to customers who agreed to hear from your business. During setup we'll show you a simple way to ask for that permission, and every message we send includes a way to opt out.
