How it works

Five steps from signing up to your first review request. Most of the work is ours.

  1. Start your 14-day free trial

Sign up online with your business name, contact details, and a card. The card isn't charged during the trial. You'll get an email confirming the date your trial ends.

  2. We set things up with you

We find your Google review link, write your request message in your business's name, and send it to you to approve. Nothing goes to your customers until you've said yes to the wording.

  3. You add each customer after the job

Enter the customer's name and their mobile number or email. It takes a few seconds from your phone. Only add customers who agreed to hear from your business.

  4. Your customer gets the request

A short text and email with a direct link to your Google review page. If it isn't opened, one reminder follows a few days later. Every customer gets the same message and the same link.

  5. Reviews show up on your Google listing

Reviews are posted by your customers, on your own Google Business Profile. They belong to your business and stay there whether or not you keep using us.
