This policy explains what information Schagerventures LLC ("Schager Ventures", "we", "us"), collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It covers this website, https://schagerventures.com, and our services.

1. Information we collect

From you, when you sign up or contact us

Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and business address.
Your choices at sign-up, including whether you agreed to the billing terms and whether you chose to receive text messages.
Messages you send us by email, phone, or text.

Payment information

Card payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. You enter your card on Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number. We receive limited details such as the card type, the last four digits, and whether a payment succeeded.

Your customers' contact details

If you use our review generation service, you give us the names, mobile numbers, and email addresses of your customers so we can send them review requests for you. We handle this information on your behalf and under your instructions.

Website visits

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location (city level), device type, and the pages you view. It does not tell us your name.

2. How we use information

To set up and provide the services you signed up for.
To bill you, and to send trial reminders, receipts, and other account notices.
To send review requests to your customers on your behalf.
To answer your questions.
To improve this website.
To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

3. Text messages and phone numbers

We send text messages only to people who agreed to receive them. For texts from Schager Ventures to you, that agreement is the optional checkbox at sign-up.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and consent are shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages for us, and only for that purpose.

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Who we share information with

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers that help us run the business: our payment processor (Stripe), our customer management and messaging software provider, the phone and email carriers that deliver messages, our website host, and Google Analytics. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
Authorities, when the law requires it.
A new owner, if the business is sold or merged, under the same commitments in this policy.

5. How long we keep information

Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and afterward for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your customers' contact details are kept while you use the service. We delete them when you ask.
Records of text message consent and opt-outs are kept so that we can keep honoring them.

6. Your choices

See, correct, or delete your information. Email schagerventures@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Stop text messages. Reply STOP to any text.
Stop emails. Use the unsubscribe link in the email. We'll still send essential account and billing notices while your account is open.
Analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

If you received a review request from one of our clients and want it to stop, reply STOP to the text or use the unsubscribe link in the email. You can also email us and we'll remove you.

7. Security

We limit who can access personal information and use established providers to store and process it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security, but we'll tell you if a breach affects your information as the law requires.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make an important change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and email current customers.
